Haventic Developers is a digital marketplace. Listings are submitted by sellers and reviewed by our team. Publishing a listing does not constitute a sale, valuation or legal opinion.

Document access is granted for due diligence only. Paying the access fee does not transfer ownership or create a sale agreement. Buyers should instruct their own advocates and surveyors before completing a transaction.

Sellers warrant that they own the land or are authorised to advertise it, and that uploaded documents are genuine. Fraudulent submissions may be removed and accounts closed.

Simulated payments in this environment are recorded against your account so the unlock workflow can be demonstrated end to end.
